1-Palm to the Nose
Punching can be very painful to the nose. However, striking with the open palm can send severe pain signals to the attacker’s brain. Hitting the nose through open palm technique can numb the opponent for several moments and make it very difficult for him/her to effectively focus on the fight.

2-Blow to the Throat
Throat is the point where a powerful punch can hurt the windpipe. A direct and hard blow in front of the throat can cause excruciating pain and can also cause the vomiting and spitting of blood. This technique can paralyze the opponent from engaging further in fight.
3-Hit to the Collar Bone
In the upper half of the body the collar bone is very suspect-able to the attack and the hit to the collar bone either through the palm or through the kick is bound to result in the extreme pain. This move also inactivates the complete shoulder and arm of the side on which the collar bone is kicked. In this way the opponent is temporarily gets deactivated for some time to counterattack and for a longer time to use that very arm to assault.
4-Striking the Heart
Strike right to the heart through a powerful punch or a forceful kick can be a fatal move. This knocking out technique of Krav Maga is excruciating as well as deadly. The hit to the heart can make the opponent to lose consciousness because of the heart wrenching pain or a more powerful blow can permanently stop the function of the heart.

5-Kicking the Groin with Knee
Kicking the groin with the knee can easily incapacitate the opponent for several minutes. The groin area is one of the most susceptible areas of the body and hitting it with the knee can send the attacker in a pain shock and he/she will need some time to regain attacking position after this Krav Maga move. This move proves very helpful in Krav Maga self-defense training.
6-Striking the Knee
Smashing the assailant’s knee is a very effective Krav Maga move to inflict unbearable pain. Hitting or kicking the opponent’s knee debilitate him/her and prevents him/her to stand again and counter you.
7-Kick to the Temple
Krav Maga is all about self defense but many a times only giving pain does not work on the opponent and more aggressive technique is needed to make them out of the way. For this purpose, kick to temple is the best technique to not only inflict agonizing pain but also sending the attacker to the unconscious world. This technique works well with striking the knee first and then when the opponent is lying on the ground in pain just hit him/her right on to the temple to make the assailant senseless.
